The second book in the "A Walk With..." series follows Dakota as she spends the day with Grandma because everyone is sick at Dakota’s house…even the cat!  On the prairie trail, she sees plants and animals that seem sick and how they are cared for to help them get well.  Dakota wonders as she wanders on the trail with Grandma and has a few creative ideas along the way.  

Like Book 1, this story is illustrated using MJ Blaisdell's mixed-media style: watercolor pictures with stitched and layered fabric art, bringing characters to life page by page.
